Course Access
You will have access to your course for a period of 12 months from the date of enrolment. All coursework and assessments must be completed within this period. 

A one-time extension of 3 months can be purchased for an additional cost of £350. Course access will expire at the end of the agreed period.

Refund Policy
All course purchases are final. Poem Pilates Ltd operates a strict no-refund policy once payment has been made. Please ensure you have read all course details carefully before enrolling.

Course Enrolment & Conduct
By enrolling on a Poem Pilates course, you agree to participate respectfully and professionally. Learners are expected to complete all course requirements, assessments, and communication in an honest and fair manner. Any evidence of plagiarism, misconduct, or falsification may result in removal from the course without refund.

Intellectual Property & Course Materials
All course materials, including the Poem Pilates Handbook, videos, presentations and educational resources, remain the intellectual property of Poem Pilates.

Course materials are provided for individual learning purposes only. Students are not permitted to print, reproduce, distribute, share, sell, publish or otherwise redistribute any course materials without prior written permission from Poem Pilates.

Any copying, printing, sharing or distribution of Poem Pilates course materials without permission is strictly prohibited. Any breach of this may result in a financial penalty and further legal action where necessary.

Health & Safety
All learners are responsible for ensuring they work safely when performing physical activity, whether in-person or online. Please ensure you have adequate space, proper equipment, and medical clearance before participating in any movement or assessment activities.

Safeguarding
Poem Pilates is committed to providing a safe and supportive learning environment. Safeguarding concerns will be taken seriously and handled in line with best practice and UK legislation. All courses are designed for learners aged 18 and over.

Video Assessments & Online Learning
Assessments may be submitted via video in accordance with the course requirements. Videos must be original, unedited, and clearly show all required movements and instructions. All submissions remain confidential and are stored securely for assessment and quality assurance purposes.

Distance & Blended Learning
Online courses are delivered with tutor support through scheduled check-ins, progress reviews, and feedback sessions. Learners are expected to engage with course materials, attend arranged sessions, and complete assessments by agreed deadlines.

Internal Quality Assurance (IQA)
All learner work and assessments are reviewed by qualified assessors and internal quality assurers to maintain consistency and fairness across all learners.

Conflict of Interest
Poem Pilates maintains impartiality in all teaching and assessment activities. Any potential conflicts of interest (for example, assessing a family member) must be declared and will be reviewed by the IQA.

Complaints & Appeals
If you wish to raise a concern or appeal an assessment decision, please contact cian@poempilates.co.uk in the first instance. We will review all cases fairly and in line with our internal policies.

Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information is kept secure and used only for course delivery, assessment, and certification purposes. We comply with the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR. Information will never be shared with third parties without consent, except where legally required.

Disclaimer: Physical Activity & Injury
By participating in any Poem Pilates training, classes, or assessments, you acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks. Poem Pilates Ltd, its instructors, and assessors are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during participation. Learners are advised to consult a healthcare professional before undertaking any physical activity and to work within their own limits at all times.
